By accessing and using LibraryOrbit ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

LibraryOrbit is a library management platform that allows users to:

• Book seats in participating libraries
• Manage library reservations
• Access digital resources and eBooks
• Receive notifications about bookings and library updates
• Use RFID cards for library access

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Booking and Reservations

When making library bookings through LibraryOrbit:

• All bookings are subject to library availability
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time
• No-shows may result in booking restrictions
• Payment for premium services is non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Make false bookings or provide misleading information

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

7. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LibraryOrbit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

LibraryOrbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
